How this work feels

## Plainspoken, patient, and on your timeline. 

Therapy here isn't a quick fix and it isn't a script. We start where you actually are. We work at the pace your particular grief, anxiety, or transition is actually moving at. We don't pretend it's smaller than it is, and we don't perform that it's bigger.

Sessions are bilingual when you need them to be. The standard rate is $175 with a small sliding scale held for Utah residents who need it.
